Il s'agit d'un passionné qui aime à partager son chemin et son travail. A noter la bière brassée spécialement pour le resto. Si vous passez par la, arrêtez vous."

"Nous sommes venus manger dans ce restaurant début octobre, je l'avais réservé car les avis étaient très bons ! nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Le chef est super, très gentil et très modeste, on sent qu'il aime partager avec ses clients les repas qu'il prépare. Nous ne sommes pas du coin, mais si c'était le cas, nous reviendrions sans hésiter !"

"Gros coup de cœur pour La Chouette qui Louche ! Déjà, le nom donne le sourire, mais alors dans l’assiette… c’est une vraie claque gustative avec des produits régionaux, artisanaux et de saison qui sentent bon le terroir. Le patron est aux petits soins, même pour les poilus : mon chien a eu droit à son bol d’eau comme un vrai client VIP. Bref, on s’est régalés — moi avec ma fourchette, lui avec sa langue. À tester absolument."

"Irréprochable et idyllique. Une cuisine magistrale dans un cadre chaleureux avec un chef qui l'est autant que le lieu . Un régal pour les végétariens, végétaliens , vegans mais aussi les gens qui ont des allergies et intolérances aux protéines laitières par exemple .. Et pour les "viandouillards" ils seront repus aussi ."
